.gitattributes still named the removed web/package-lock.json. Mark pnpm-lock.yaml and the remaining package-lock.json files (website, the WhatsApp bridge, the Photon sidecar, the Nix node-gyp lock) generated. uv.lock and flake.lock stay visible: their diffs are short input bumps that reviewers read. Prettier formats YAML and reports pnpm-lock.yaml as unformatted, so a `prettier --write .` would rewrite it; ignore it next to package-lock.json.
