Sn3aky bf544adc96 Icons: folders in the accent, not a tint of it ...

Every folder's front and back panels go a step deeper, so they carry the theme's own colour instead of a pale wash of it, and the two folder apps, Files and Lumen, move to the dark tile the other apps sit on.
