build(drivers): pin ArmCpu and AppleKeyStoreState to their main revisions

The rebase merges of ArmCpu PR 3 and AppleKeyStoreState PR 1 rewrote the
commit hashes. Point both submodules at the merged main commits, which
carry the same trees as the old pins.
